• Please ensure a stable internet connection and punctual attendance.
• Late arrivals over 10 minutes may result in a shortened or forfeited session without refund.

• Clients may reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• The Hidden Jane reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or technical issues), with full rescheduling options provided.
