STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Nature of Services

  • All tarot readings and sound healing sessions provided by The Hidden Jane are for spiritual guidance, self-reflection, wellness, and entertainment purposes only.

  • They do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

  • Clients remain fully and solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken following a session.


2. Appointment & Payment

  • All sessions must be paid in full before the session commences.

  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp upon receipt of payment.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by The Hidden Jane.

  • The Hidden Jane reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.


3. Session Delivery

  • In-person sessions are held at The Hidden Jane studio, Mong Kok, Hong Kong.

  • Online sessions (where applicable) are delivered via email, video call, or digital format as agreed at booking.

  • For in-person sessions: please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened session with no refund.

  • For sound healing group sessions: once the session begins, entry is not permitted, as the integrity of the sound space must be maintained.


4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

  • The Hidden Jane reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness or technical difficulties. In such cases, a full rescheduling option will be provided.

  • Rescheduling requests should be made via WhatsApp or email.


5. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All personal details, session notes, and communications are treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

  • Your information will never be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

  • Session recordings, if any, are made only with your prior written agreement.


6. Code of Conduct

  • The Hidden Jane reserves the right to end any session immediately, without refund, if a client behaves in an abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate manner toward the practitioner or other participants.

  • We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all clients.


7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Tarot readings are interpretative and intuitive — not absolute predictions.

  • No outcome, result, or timeline is guaranteed.

  • Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical treatment.

  • You are 18 years of age or older, or have obtained parental or guardian consent.

  • The Hidden Jane, its practitioners, and associates are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from participation in any session.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, session materials, written readings, images, brand assets, copy, and materials produced under The Hidden Jane are protected by copyright.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, shared publicly, or distributed in any form without prior written permission from The Hidden Jane.


9. Amendments

  • The Hidden Jane reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
