For those who are new

If this is your first time, you’re warmly welcome here.

A gong bath is a listening experience where you rest while being surrounded by sound and vibration.

You’re welcome just as you are
People come feeling tired, overwhelmed, or simply curious.

There’s nothing you need to prepare — arrive as you are.

A time to rest
You can lie down, get comfortable, and listen. This is a space to slow down and let the body soften.

A gentle and supportive space
You’ll spend most of the session sitting or lying down in a calm and welcoming space. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing so you can fully relax.

What is Gong Bath Sound Healing?

A gong bath is a sound-based relaxation experience where waves of vibration gently surround the body. These sounds support the nervous system in shifting from stress into states of calm and deep rest.

Because sound cannot be shut out, it reaches the body directly — often before the thinking mind — helping to release tension and settle the nervous system naturally.

People commonly describe feeling:

  • deeply relaxed

  • mentally quieter

  • lighter or more grounded after the session

Every experience is different — and all of them are valid.

During the session

You’ll be invited to get comfortable, either sitting or lying down, and allow the sound of the gong to gently fill the space.

As the session unfolds, you may notice your body softening and your mind becoming quieter. Some people rest deeply, some drift into sleep, and others simply listen — all of these are part of the experience.

There is no need to speak or do anything.
You’re welcome to move, stretch, or change position whenever you need to. This is your time to rest and be supported by sound, in a calm and welcoming space.

Common questions

If you’re wondering about any of these, you’re not alone.

Not at all.Gong baths are suitable for beginners and for those who are simply curious. There’s nothing you need to prepare — you’re welcome just as you are.
You’ll be invited to get comfortable, either sitting or lying down, while the sound of the gong gently fills the space.

You’re free to rest, drift into sleep, or simply listen.
There’s nothing you need to achieve — this time is for you to relax.
Wear something comfortable so you can relax easily. Most of the session is spent sitting or lying down.

Mats and blankets are provided, so there’s nothing special you need to bring.

You may wish to bring a bottle of water or anything that helps you feel at ease.

Many people describe feeling more relaxed, calmer in the mind,
or lighter and more grounded after a session.

Some people also notice that their sleep feels deeper or more settled
over the following day or two. Every experience is different, and there is no right or wrong way to feel.
Both are completely normal. Some people rest deeply, some notice emotions coming and going, and many drift into sleep.

Whatever arises is part of your own process,
and you’re welcome to take your time afterwards.
Gong baths are generally gentle and suitable for most people. Sessions are held in small groups or private settings to create a calm and supportive environment.

You’re always free to change position, take a break, or step outside if you need to. Your comfort and wellbeing come first.
This experience is suitable for most people who are looking for a way
to rest, unwind, and step out of everyday stress.

If you have any health concerns or special conditions, you’re welcome to get in touch before booking so we can make sure the session feels right for you.
