Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Hidden Jane, our sessions—including our 90-minute Gong and Crystal Bowl healing—are carefully prepared in advance.

To ensure fairness to all practitioners and clients, we adhere to the following policy:

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

48-Hour Notice: Notification of cancellation or rescheduling must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or fail to attend your session ("No-show"), the full session fee will be forfeited. No refunds or complimentary rescheduling will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable for "change of mind," personal scheduling conflicts, or cancellations made within the 48-hour window.

Service Guarantee: If a session is cancelled by The Hidden Jane (e.g., due to practitioner emergency), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

3. Inclement Weather

Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above / Black Rainstorm: If a signal is hoisted 2 hours before your session, the session will be cancelled for safety. You will be contacted to reschedule or receive a full credit.

Signal No. 3 / Red Rainstorm: Sessions will proceed as usual unless otherwise notified.
