No. The information you provide will be used solely for your reading and kept strictly confidential. It will never be shared with any third party.
Will I receive a physical card or record after the reading?
For online readings, we will send you the card image(s) along with a written interpretation.
For in-person readings, you’re welcome to take photos during the session, but we do not provide audio or video recordings.
Do I need to provide all of my personal details?
Not necessarily. However, sharing your full name (in Chinese or English) and your date of birth can help us better connect with your energy and tailor the reading to you.
Can I have a reading without a specific question?
Yes. We can do an “energy status reading,” allowing the universe to deliver the message you most need to hear at this moment.
Are tarot reading results always accurate?
Tarot reflects the current energies and possible trends—it is not a fixed destiny. Your future choices and actions can influence and change the outcome.
How long does a tarot session take?
In-person readings usually last about 60 minutes. Online readings are delivered within 48 hours after purchase.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. For cancellations, kindly refer to our refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Payme, FPS and online transfers. For in-person sessions, cash and mobile payments are also available.
Can I book a reading for someone else?
Yes, as long as you have their consent. Please mention in the booking form if it’s a gift or on behalf of another person.
Do you offer group or team readings?
Yes. We provide team-building tarot workshops, including animal tarot readings, designed to enhance mutual understanding and connection.
